According to recent reports, Samsung is going to continue their legal fight with Apple. While HTC has reached a settlement agreement with Apple. Samsung does not want to cave They have no intention of settling.
This legal battle between Apple and Samsung has gone on for some time. Things don’t seem to be calming down between the two, either.
According to Ars Technica, HTC was sued over Apple patents in 2010. HTC eventually had to sign a 10-year cross-licencing real with Apple. This means that HTC is paying Apple roughly $6 – 8 per device sold, according to an analyst estimate.
Samsung and Apple, however, just can’t play nice.
