Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer was interviewed by LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman. When asked about Windows Phone compared to the rivals, iOS and Android, Ballmer had some interesting things to say.
He said Android was “wild” and “uncontrolled” and that iOS was too expensive and “too controlled.” Meanwhile, Windows Phone, he believes, sits somewhere in the middle. While his criticisms of other platforms to match many of the complaints, we think it’s worth noting that there are a lot more Android and iOS handsets selling than there are Windows Phones.
It’s also expected. You don’t expect the CEO of Microsoft to say, “Android and iOS are great!”
