Apple Blocks SkyDrive App, Wants a Chunk of that Revenue

Microsoft’s SkyDrive App won’t see a release on the App Store.

Apple wants a 30 percent cut of Microsoft’s revenue made through the application. As website ‘Know Your Mobile’ reports, Microsoft does offer those first 7GB free. However, anyone opting for more will have to pay up. Apple wants part of that

They also note that this isn’t just Apple being a jerk to Microsoft. Other similar service providers have to agree to the same terms. They say that it just seems as if Microsoft doesn’t want to go with them, and they say the end result is “something of a stalemate.”

Oh, big companies just can’t play nice, can they?
