J.D. Power’s Wireless Smartphone Satisfaction survey for 2013 placed Apple’s iPhone at the top of the list against rival devices by Samsung, Nokia and Motorola.
The survey, conducted across 9,767 users, is based on persons who used their handsets for less than a year. It looks at overall performance, design, features and ease of use.

For the ninth consecutive study, Apple ranks highest among manufacturers of smartphones in customer satisfaction. Apple achieves a score of 855 and performs particularly well in physical design and ease of operation.
That’s not a bad place to be. However, LG and BlackBerry are quite a bit behind the others ranking in below average.
