Strata is a small carrier in the US. It’s based in Utah, but also has coverage in regions of Idaho and Colorado, according to Electronista.
The carrier will soon stock the iPhone 5. We’ve seen this happen before with the iPhone 4S. Smaller, regional carriers will sometimes pick up Apple’s popular smartphone. It’s very cool to see, because it gives consumers more options.
While calling is available nationwide, the carrier only offers LTE in Utah. It’s not as expansive as something like AT&T or Verizon, but it’s good news for consumers in the area who want to pick up an iPhone, but want friendlier prices or different carrier options. Smaller companies are often much more willing to work with consumers and keep them satisfied.
