Google Glass Soon to Work With iPhone

Why does this come to mind when we think Google Glass?

It looks like Google Glass, which normally works with an Android phone and its companion Glass app will soon feature iPhone compatibility.

According to website TechCrunch, Google Glass will soon pair with any iPhone over wifi or Bluetooth.

Here’s a portion of the report:

While Glass will happily work with any iPhone over Bluetooth or use any Wi-Fi connection to get online, iPhone users are currently unable to get turn-by-turn directions through Glass – one of its killer features. Those direction are pretty useful while you are navigating a new city and they do show off the power of location-based apps on Glass, but the software will currently balk if you ask it to give you directions while it’s connected to an iPhone.

The iPhone is a huge market. Google knows that. If it can’t sell an iPhone user the handset, it can sell them other hardware or features.
