This was pretty much expected, but here’s another report supporting that.
According to Bloomberg, the next iPad and the Retina iPad mini should arrive near the end of 2013. More specifically, “the last three months.”
The report also mentions that the iPad mini 2 will have a Retina display like all of Apple’s current iOS devices. This is great, because it’s really one of the only things that kept some potential buyers away from the mini.
Furthermore, we also hear that the new full-sized iPad will look just like an iPad mini as far as the design goes, but full-sized. This will also mean a thinner tablet with less width. The screen will remain the same size as the current device.
