A new report claims that Pegatron and Foxconn are prepping for production on the iPhone 6, set to begin next quarter.
If the Commercial Times (via CultofMac) is correct, Pegatron is opening new factory space in preparation for the new Apple handset. Foxconn will also be at work on Apple’s new device. However, those who spoke (under condition of anonymity, of course) would not offer more details, such as when it will ship. Typically, Apple ships new iPhones in the Fall.
We keep hearing that the new iPhone will have a larger display and have all kinds of new sensors. It will be interesting to see how accurate this turns out to be.
