Apple iWatch rumors are ringing more and more true with each passing week. This time, we are learning that Apple has used a shell company to trademark the term ‘iWatch.’
Apple has been known to do this in the past with a firm registered in Delaware, where Apple’s previous incognito trademark efforts have been made as well.
According to Cult of Mac, Brightflash is using the same IP attorney in several locations. It’s also worth noting that the company has filed these trademark applications in areas such as the US, UK, Australia and several other countries.
Meanwhile, in Japan, Mexico, Russian and Taiwan the trademark is filed under Apple’s name. Could there be an iWatch coming later this year?
