Analyst: Kindle Fire Ate Into 1 – 2 Million iPad Sales

According to investment research firm Morgan Keenan, their original estimate of 16 to 13 million iPad sold in the holiday quarter may be a tad high. This due to Amazon's Kindle Fire, a $199 Android tablet, which is estimated to have sold about four to five million over the holiday season.

The part shown above (bottom) are supposedly part of the iPad 3. If the rumor is accurate, it's the Retina display. The top-most image is said to be an iPad 2 display. Notice the wiring configuration on the one said to be from the newer tablet?
